  • What is all the big talk about Google changing its algorithm on 21st April?

    MASSIVE change that is what! Starting April 21, Google will be expanding the use of mobile-friendliness as a ranking signal. This change will affect mobile searches and will have a significant impact in their search results.     What are the advantages?

    It is estimated that 60% of the population are currently using mobile devices to search for businesses just like yours. If you do not have a mobile friendly site you can lose revenue and traffic! You may ask, How? Simple, have a look at the two examples below and you will see there is no call button on the first image (Not Mobile Friendly). This means there is no direct dial button available for visitors. However, if you look at the Mobile Friendly image you will see a ‘call’ button which allows immediate connection between you and your potential clients as well as a good navigational menu for mobile devices.

    Check out the survey below that was run in America. This shows that 73% of consumers access websites on their mobile devices, but only 20% of companies have a mobile optimised site.
